Elle nous aide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ce que, parfois, nous savons sain pour nous\u2026 mais que nous ne faisons pourtant pas. <strong>Non pas par faiblesse<\/strong>, mais parce que quelque chose en nous a appris <strong>\u00e0 survivre autrement<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Nous avons tous, au d\u00e9part, des potentialit\u00e9s, des \u00e9lans, des forces, des directions possibles. Parfois, elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mal arros\u00e9es, mal accompagn\u00e9es, et nous avons <strong>grandi un peu de travers<\/strong>. C\u2019est ainsi. Nous faisons du mieux possible avec ce qui nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9. Et ici, en th\u00e9rapie, \u00e0 aucun moment nous ne sommes l\u00e0 pour faire le proc\u00e8s de nos parents. Ils ont, eux aussi, leur propre construction, leurs blessures, leurs limites et leurs histoires. Nous h\u00e9ritons de leur monde, mais <strong>nous pouvons apprendre \u00e0 cr\u00e9er le n\u00f4tre<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Les probl\u00e8mes relationnels <\/strong>sont souvent<strong> ceux qui nous touchent le plus<\/strong>, parce qu\u2019ils r\u00e9activent notre fa\u00e7on d\u2019entrer en contact, nos peurs, nos besoins, nos mani\u00e8res de nous prot\u00e9ger. Ce sont dans ces contacts, parfois douloureux, que se cachent <strong>les plus grandes possibilit\u00e9s de transformation<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Et pourtant\u2026 c\u2019est triste la vie, si elle n\u2019est l\u00e0 que pour r\u00e9gler des probl\u00e8mes. La Gestalt nous rappelle qu\u2019elle peut \u00eatre beaucoup plus : <strong>une danse avec le pr\u00e9sent<\/strong>, une exp\u00e9rience vivante, un espace o\u00f9 l\u2019on apprend \u00e0 habiter pleinement <strong>qui l\u2019on est, maintenant<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Ici, nous ne cherchons pas \u00e0 corriger le pass\u00e9, mais \u00e0 <strong>rendre possible un futur o\u00f9 nous pouvons respirer \u00e0 nouveau<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d43649a elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"d43649a\"
